John studied Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Oklahoma and has been employed by Varian, Motorola, Cal Semi and through an independent project management and consulting business.
As a technology consultant, he brings extensive international experience working in the process and manufacture of semiconductor microelectronics that are used throughout the world. His particular areas of expertise include field service engineering, manufacturing equipment design, process engineering, and project management.
John has collaborated with extensive list of academic institution and industry partners, garnered over a distinguished 30 year career, such as: Motorola, McDonnell Douglas, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, TRW, Xerox, Toshiba, Intel, AMD, National Semi, International Rectifier, Unisys, Fairchild, US Naval Ocean Systems Command, NEC, L-3 Communications, JPL, Sandia Labs, University of Arkansas High Density Electronics Center, McGill University (Montreal, Quebec), National Institute of Microelectronics (Chinese Academy of Sciences), Apex Micro (CN), Huajing Micro (CN), ON Semi, Micron Technology, Freescale Semi, United Technologies and Angstrom-T (RU).
